In order to make a credit card payment for goods and services you must click on a link “Credit Card Payment” on the corresponding web page. The payment is processed via the dedicated secure server of the processing bank center. The following credit cards are accepted:

Data transfer process description

In order to complete your purchase you will be redirected to the payment portal of OAO “Sberbank of Russia” where you will be asked to enter your credit card information. Please, have your card handy prior to the purchase. The connection to the payment portal and data transfer via secure connection will be encoded using the SSL protocol. If your bank supports the secure connection protocol for Internet payments named Verified By VISA or MasterCard Secure Code in order to complete payment you may be required a special password. All necessary information including passwords for Internet payments can be obtained from the bank issuing your credit card. This site supports 128-bit encryption. The confidentiality of the personal information is guaranteed by the OAO “Sberbank of Russia”. The information you entered will not be shared with third parties except when required by the law of the Russian Federation. All credit card payments are processed in strict compliance with the rules of VISA International and MasterCard Europe Spri payment systems.

Payment Process

If you choose the credit card payment option, the payment for your order will be processed upon its completion. When your order is finalized you will need to press the “Credit Card Payment” button. At that time you will be transferred to a secure dedicated server page where you will be required to enter your credit card information for processing. After that you will be transferred back to our web site. The system will notify you about the result of the credit card processing when you are back in our store. If the credit card processing was successful your order will be fulfilled in accordance with your instructions automatically. Should the result be negative you may try to verify your information and repeat the processing request.

If you need to cancel an order

Should you need to cancel your order, you may select another service for the same amount without additional transactions, or you can request the entire amount to be refunded to your credit card by submitting an e-mail request.
